What intensity are you ready to train at? Above or below 70% ? Many people that are new to exercise do not enjoy training at a high intensity. I will take this into account and find an intensity that you enjoy because my goal is to make exercise a sustainable habit for you. However, over time I will be discussing your motivation with you, and if you ever get to the point where you want more, I will show you the next level.
