For those preparing for a running event, or a sport, and wish to increase their fitness or speed
Includes an initial complimentary 30 minute consult, plus fitness testing (30-60 minutes), and a program designed to meet your goals. The program will outline what type of training you should be doing, the intensity that you should be training at, and how often you should be training.
$80-120, depending on the fitness testing required for your goals (some tests are more involved than others).
Paid over two fortnightly instalments by direct debit.
Depending on your situation, further personal training sessions may be advised.
Scheduled fitness testing (which will include a re- evaluation of your program ) is recommended.
A consult with a sports dietician is recommended (details of a sports dietician will be provided if requested).

Once considered impossible, the four-minute-mile turned out to be only a psychological barrier, not a physiological barrier. It was broken by Roger Bannister in 1954. It is now the norm for professional athletes to run sub-four minute miles, but Roger Bannister was the one who was able to overcome the belief that it was impossible.
