This is a guideline for a client with little or no exercise knowledge – exact timescale will vary according to the individual’s exercise history and base fitness/strength.

3-and-6-month-plan

At the at end of 30 weeks, the client will decide what type of training they want to focus on from the different styles that they have been taught, that being;

  • endurance
  • hypertrophy (muscle growth)
  • strength/power
  • purely aerobic fitness

Or they can continue to develop all aspects of their fitness by cycling through the different styles of training again which would be most beneficial for weightloss maintenance, and we will focus on that.
