With the shade provided by the many trees circling it, Hawthorne park is one of my favourite locations to work with my clients. It also offers a number of fitness stations open to the public and moving between them results in a workout that involves both strength training and cardio/aerobic training. Residents from Balmoral and the surrounding suburbs come to utilise these facilities, or to just enjoy the space that it provides and the chance to get outdoors. Some of my clients from Balmoral enjoy training outdoors so much that they get me to design workouts for them that they can do in the park.
There are also a number of other parks in the area that are quite pleasant to workout at. Depending on the client’s goals, I will either train them at one of these parks, at their home, or at a gym.
