The first step will be to sit down and discuss what exactly you want to achieve, and where I will also learn what forms of exercise you enjoy (I will try to utilize this wherever possible as I need to make exercise sustainable for you if you are to see results in the long-term). From there, we will devise a plan specific to your needs.
