Get Fit for a Hike

If you have a hike that you have been wanting to do, come and have a chat with me. We will discuss your current fitness levels, and I will give you an indication of how long it will take for you to prepare for it. Then I will tell you what you will need to do to get fit for it, and give you on-going guidance and support if you need it.
